Section 56412 - District Fiscal Responsibility

Districts shall ensure that colleges under their jurisdiction conducting Cooperating Agencies Foster Youth Educational Support programs provide to Cooperating Agencies Foster Youth Educational Support students who need them the same programs and services the college offers to all of its students. Supplanting existing resources with Cooperating Agencies Foster Youth Educational Support funds is strictly prohibited.
