Section 56410 - Program Plan

Districts that are awarded Cooperating Agencies Foster Youth Educational Support funds shall submit for approval by the Chancellor's Office a plan that conforms to the provisions of this chapter for each awarded college within the district. A college plan approved by the Chancellor's Office shall constitute a formal agreement between the district that operates the college and the Chancellor. Substantive changes to the plan may be made only with the prior written approval of the Chancellor's Office.
