Section 56408 - Emergency Loans

Extended Opportunity Programs and Services emergency loans may be made to Cooperating Agencies Foster Youth Educational Support students in excess of the amount identified in section 56258(a). Cooperating Agencies Foster Youth Educational Support emergency loans may be made to students over and above what they are eligible to borrow through Extended Opportunity Programs and Services.
