Section 56052 - Evaluation

The Chancellor shall conduct evaluations of DSPS programs to determine their effectiveness. Each college shall be evaluated at least once every five years. The evaluation shall at a minimum, provide for the gathering of outcome data and data pertaining to staff and student perceptions of program effectiveness, access requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (42 U.S.C. 12101 et seq.), compliance with Section 504 of the Federal Rehabilitation Act of 1973 (29 U.S.C. Sec. 794) and data on the implementation of the program as outlined in Education Code Section 84850.
