Section 59324 - Responsible District Officer

Each community college district shall identify to the Chancellor and to the public a single person as the district officer responsible for receiving complaints filed pursuant to section 59328 and for coordinating their investigation. Informal charges of unlawful discrimination should be brought to the attention of the responsible district officer, who shall oversee the informal resolution process pursuant to section 59327. The investigation of complaints must be assigned to a neutral investigator.
