Section 59010 - Method of Accounting(a) The Board of Governors hereby adopts and incorporates by reference, into this provision of the California Code of Regulations, the California Community Colleges Budget and Accounting Manual chapters 2 through 5 as revised September 1999. This section shall become operative July 1, 2000.(b) Revisions made to the Budget and Accounting Manual after July 1, 2000 shall be considered incorporated by reference into this provision when they have been adopted by the Board.Cal.
