Section 30020 - Academic Record

The Commission may establish minimum standards of academic achievement and potential and may adopt criteria for selecting grant recipients from among applicants to qualify for a Cal Grant and may require applicants to submit grade point averages pursuant to section 30007, 30008 or 30026 or other evidence of potential.
