Section 21023 - Providing Information to the Teachers' Retirement Board

In addition to tax return, state or federal, the claimant or the claimant's guardian shall furnish to the Teachers' Retirement Board such other evidence regarding the claimant's financial status as the Teachers' Retirement Board may require.
