Section 20125 - Speakers

(a) Recognition of Speakers. Members of the public or the State Library staff will be recognized by the President to speak at any State Board meeting. All remarks made shall be germane to the business at hand and shall be addressed to the President.

(b) Subject of Remarks. All speakers before the State Board shall confine their remarks to the subject for which they were recognized by the President.
