Section 19847 - Proper Expenditure of Education Protection Account Funds. [Repealed]

Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 5, § 19847

1. New section filed 6-12-2013 as an emergency; operative 6-12-2013 (Register 2013, No. 24). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-9-2013 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. Certificate of Compliance as to 6-12-2013 order, including amendment of section heading, transmitted to OAL 9-13-2013 and filed 10-17-2013; amendments operative 10-17-2013 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2013, No. 42).
3. Repealer filed 6-13-2014 as an emergency; operative 7-1-2014 pursuant to Government Code section 11346.1(d) (Register 2014, No. 24). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-29-2014 or emergency action will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
4. Certificate of Compliance as to 6-13-2014 order transmitted to OAL 9-24-2014 and filed 11-5-2014 (Register 2014, No. 45).
