Section 19833.6 - Notification of Right to Elect California State Teachers Retirement System (CalSTRS) Membership. [Repealed]

Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 5, § 19833.6

1. New section filed 6-12-2006 as an emergency; operative 6-12-2006 (Register 2006, No. 24). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 10-10-2006 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. Certificate of Compliance as to 6-12-2006 order transmitted to OAL 9-20-2006 and filed 9-29-2006 (Register 2006, No. 39).
3. Repealer filed 6-13-2014 as an emergency; operative 7-1-2014 pursuant to Government Code section 11346.1(d) (Register 2014, No. 24). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-29-2014 or emergency action will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
4. Certificate of Compliance as to 6-13-2014 order transmitted to OAL 9-24-2014 and filed 11-5-2014 (Register 2014, No. 45).
