Section 19810.5 - Annual Audit Guide 2020-21. [Repealed]

1. New section filed 3-12-2021 as an emergency; operative 3-12-2021 (Register 2021, No. 11). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 9-8-2021 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. Repealer filed 6-14-2021 as an emergency; operative 7-1-2021 pursuant to Government Code section 11346.1(d). Expiration date of emergency extended 60 calendar days pursuant to Executive Order N-40-20 and an additional 60 calendar days pursuant to Executive Order N-71-20 (Register 2021, No. 25). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 4-29-2022 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. Repealed by operation of Government Code section 11346.1(g) (Register 2022, No. 40).
