Section 17777 - Indoor SpaceIndoor space shall be sufficient for the number of children using the space at any given time and meet the following requirements:
(a) If a new or existing permanent structure, meet the requirements for kindergarten classrooms in accordance with chapter 13 (commencing with section 14000) of division 1 of CCR, title 5.(b) Be maintained in a safe and sanitary condition;(c) Include a variety of age-appropriate equipment, toys and materials in good condition and in sufficient quantity to allow children present to fully participate in planned activities; and(d) Include materials and surfaces accessible to children, including toys and supplies, that are free of toxic substances.Cal.
