Section 17716 - Volunteers for Part-Day CSPP(a) All adult volunteers must meet the requirements in CCR, title 22, sections 101216(c) and (d), and unless exempted under CCR, title 22, section 101170(b), shall be required to obtain a criminal record clearance.(b) Contractors may recruit a maximum of one adult volunteer per 24 children to meet adult-child ratios, as required in section 17713, under the following conditions: (1) Adult volunteer shall obtain a criminal record clearance as specified in CCR, title 22, section 101170; and(2) Shall meet personnel requirements specified in CCR, title 22, section 101216.(c) The contractor shall ensure that adult-child ratios, as required in sections 17713 or 17715, are maintained during program operations.(d) The contractor shall have a written plan indicating how the program will meet the adult-child ratios in sections 17713 and 17715, in the event that the adult volunteer is not able to participate on any given day.Cal.
