Section 17822 - Report Data(a) Contractors shall submit statistical, cost and program data as requested by the CDE in order for the CDE to prepare various legislatively mandated reports, for purposes of determining reimbursement, to meet state and federal reporting requirements, and for the effective administration of preschool programs.(b) Contractors shall submit the data to the CDE by the date specified in the CDE's request for this information.(c) Reports not received by the required due date shall be considered delinquent.
