Section 15582 - Referring Complaint Issues to Other Agencies

Allegations of discrimination based on race, color, national origin, sex (including sexual orientation and gender identity), age, or disability will be referred to the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) per the USDA Food and Nutrition Service (FNS) Instruction 113-1 and Memo Code CRD 01-2022.
