Section 15556 - Payment of Claims(a) Each child nutrition entity shall submit a claim for reimbursement to the Department within 10 days after the close of each calendar month.(b) If a child nutrition entity has not filed a claim within 30 days following the close of any calendar month, the department shall notify the entity of its failure to file such claim.(c) Each child nutrition entity failing to submit a claim within 90 days after the close of any calendar month shall forfeit reimbursement for such month.Cal.
