Section 15534 - Procedure for Funding(a) Each application recommended by the California Department of Education may be approved for funding by the State Board of Education on or before June 15.(b) Payment of expenses incurred by a child nutrition entity shall only be based on actual cost in accordance with the approved project budget.Cal.
