The method of sale of fireplace and stove wood shall conform to the requirements published in the 2019 edition of National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Handbook 130, Uniform Laws and Regulations in the Areas of Legal Metrology and Fuel Quality, "IV. Uniform Regulations, Section B. Uniform Regulation for the Method of Sale of Commodities, Section 2. Non-Food Products, Section 2.4. Fireplace and Stove Wood.," inclusive, and are herein adopted and incorporated by reference with the additional requirements in this article.
