Contestants shall be weighed within 30 hours of the scheduled match, at a time and place designated by the commission, in the presence of a commission representative on scales approved by the commission. A club may obtain advance written permission of the commission to allow preliminary boxers to weigh in and be examined not later than one hour before the scheduled time of the first match on the card. All weights shall be taken with the contestants stripped.

2. Amendment filed 6-15-2016 as an emergency; operative 6-15-2016 (Register 2016, No. 25). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-12-2016 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. Amendment refiled 12-7-2016 as an emergency; operative 12-13-2016 (Register 2016, No. 50). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 3-13-2017 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
4. Amendment refiled 3-14-2017 as an emergency; operative 3-14-2017 (Register 2017, No. 11). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 6-12-2017 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
5. Certificate of Compliance as to 6-15-2016, 12-7-2016 and 3-14-17 orders, including amendment of NOTE, transmitted to OAL 6-6-2017 and filed 7-12-2017; amendments effective 7-12-2017 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2017, No. 28).
