Section 211 - Fingerprints and Photographs(a) An applicant for any license issued by the commission shall submit two classifiable sets of fingerprints at the time the initial application is filed with the commission, or at such other times as deemed necessary by the commission. The applicant shall also furnish two passport-size photographs as required by the commission.(b) This rule applies to any of the following: (2) Every partner in a partnership;(3) All members of a limited liability company;(4) Every shareholder, officer or director of a nonpublic corporation; and(5) Every officer and director of a public corporation.Cal.
