Section 17900 - Eligibility
(a) Only public universities in California shall be eligible to be selected to receive funds disbursed pursuant to Revenue and Taxation Code section 34019(b).
(b) Subject to available funding, the amounts to be disbursed to the university or universities will not exceed the sum of ten million dollars ($10,000,000) for each fiscal year, ending with the 2028-2029 fiscal year.

1. New chapter 13 (article 1, sections 17900-17905) and section filed 9-27-2021 as an emergency; operative 9-27-2021 (Register 2021, No. 40). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 9-26-2022 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. Certificate of Compliance as to 3-28-2022 order transmitted to OAL 9-26-2022 and filed 11-7-2022 (Register 2022, No. 45).
