Section 15040.2 - Prohibited Business Promotions(a) A licensee shall not give away any amount of cannabis or cannabis products, or any cannabis accessory, as part of a business promotion.(b) A licensee shall not hold a raffle or sweepstakes as part of a business promotion.Cal.
