Section 12465 - Removal from the List of Self-Excluded Persons
(a) For any lifetime self-exclusion term, a request for removal from the list of self-excluded persons may be submitted to the Bureau at any time after one year from the effective date of the original self-exclusion request. A request for removal must be submitted using the form Self-Exclusion Removal Request, CGCC-CH7-06 (New 05/20), attached in Appendix A to this chapter. The Bureau will remove the excluded person from the list of self-excluded persons on the first business day of the second whole month after the request was postmarked.
(b) For any self-exclusion term, other than lifetime, the excluded person must be automatically removed from the list of self-excluded persons upon the conclusion of the requested term.
(c) Upon removal, the Bureau must send a notice to the person as confirmation of the removal from the self-exclusion list.
