Section 12318 - Cardroom Business License Gaming Revenue Report

Each cardroom business licensee must submit, no later than 120 calendar days following the end of the cardroom business licensee's preceding fiscal year, a completed Cardroom Business License: Gaming Revenue Report, form CGCC-CH5-01 (New 09/22), which is hereby attached in Appendix A to this chapter.

1. New section filed 9-30-2022 as an emergency; operative 9-30-2022 (Register 2022, No. 39). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 12-29-2022 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. New section refiled 12-23-2022 as an emergency; operative 12-30-2022 (Register 2022, No. 51). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 3-30-2023 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. Certificate of Compliance as to 12-23-2022 order transmitted to OAL 3-6-2023 and filed 4-14-2023 (Register 2023, No. 15).
