(a) Meetings shall be held at the call of the Treasurer or his designee, subject to proper notice in accordance with Section 11125 et seq. of the Government Code except that the time of notice shall be mailed not less than 20 days from the meeting date.(b) Meetings of the Commission shall be held in the Office of the Treasurer in Sacramento, unless some other location is designated in the notice by the Treasurer or his designee.(c) At least three members, one of whom must be the Treasurer or his designee, shall constitute a quorum.(d) The act of a majority of the Commission members present shall be the act of the Commission.(e) An exclusive agenda of the meeting shall be transmitted to each member of the Commission with the notice of the meeting.Cal.
