Section 8142 - Approved Grant Uses

Grants shall be awarded for Eligible Activities.

1. New section filed 8-31-2023 as an emergency; operative 8/31/2023 (Register 2023, No. 35). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 2-27-2024 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. Certificate of compliance pursuant to Health and Safety Code section 44558.4(a) as to 8-31-2023 order transmitted to OAL on 1-16-2024 and filed 2/21/2024 (Register 2024, No. 8).
