A petition to amend any parts of an established appellation of origin shall include:
(a) All requirements of section 9102;(b) A summary description of the amendments to the appellation of origin and the reason for each amendment;(c) An explanation of how the amended appellation of origin preserves the causal links between the geographical features and the cannabis, consistent with section 9106; and(d) Evidence supporting the amendments.Cal.
