Section 7015 - Requirements for Motorized Racing Contracts at District Agricultural Associations(a) For the purposes of Article 2 of these regulations, the following terms shall have the meanings described below: (1) "Association" means District Agricultural Association.(2) "Motorized racing" means oval track racing of motorized vehicles.(b) Prior to entering into any motorized racing contracts, an Association Board shall: (1) Establish curfew time(s) for all types of motorized racing activities at the Association;(2) Establish maximum decibel noise limits per vehicle and procedures for monitoring decibel noise levels for all types of motorized racing activities at the Association;(3) Establish penalty measures for a contractor who fails to comply with these limit requirements; and(4) Develop any other contract terms or conditions that the board deems to be in the best interest of the Association when entering into a motorized racing contract.(c) The terms, conditions, and penalty measures set forth in § 7015(b) shall be included as part of any Association motorized racing contract.Cal.
