Section 6512.4 - Rejection or Revocation of Continuing Education Course Hours(a) The Director may audit or monitor courses given by any course sponsor and may revoke approval of continuing education hours for a course when: (1) The course did not follow the approved agenda or syllabus, or covered false or misleading information; or(2) The course sponsor violated Food and Agricultural Code section 11792 in connection with that course.(b) The Director may reject or revoke a continuing education course if the course sponsor violated any provision of Division 6 of the Food and Agricultural Code or regulations adopted pursuant to that Division in connection with that continuing education course.Cal.
