Section 6210 - Adverse Effect Disclosure(a) If, during the registration process or at any time after the registration of a pesticide, the registrant has factual or scientific evidence of any adverse effect or risk of the pesticide to human health or the environment (including ambient air quality), the registrant shall immediately submit such evidence to the director. All such information including, but not limited to that required under Section 6(a)(2) of the Federal Insecticide, Fungicide and Rodenticide Act, shall be submitted to the director.(b) For the purposes of this section, "environment" means the total human surroundings, physical and biological, natural and artificial, including air, water, soil, plants, wildlife, and other ecological factors affecting the growth, development, and safety of people and other living organisms.Cal.
