Section 6188 - Closed System Compatibility(a) Each applicant to register a liquid pesticide product bearing the label statement, "Fatal if absorbed through skin," "May be fatal if absorbed through skin," "Corrosive, causes skin damage," or other comparable language labeled for any use for the production of an agricultural commodity shall submit to the Director data on the product's viscosity and such other data the Director may require to comply with sections 6188(b) and 6746.(b) No liquid pesticide labeled for any use for the production of an agricultural commodity and bearing the label statement, "Fatal if absorbed through skin," "May be fatal if absorbed through skin," "Corrosive, causes skin damage," or other comparable language shall be registered unless the product is compatible with closed mixing systems as defined in section 6746.Cal.
