(a) Each applicant shall certify, by an authorized official of the registrant, under penalty of perjury that to the best of the applicant's knowledge, based upon all information available to the applicant, all information submitted in connection with the application for registration or renewal is accurate and complete.(b) If the director finds that the applicant has submitted inaccurate or incomplete information, the director shall initiate action to refuse or cancel the registration pursuant to Section 12825(f) of the Food and Agricultural Code.Cal.
