Section 3701.5 - Insect-Resistant Structures Performance Standard

(a) Each insect-resistant structure shall be approved by the Department prior to planting or moving stock into it. Structures under construction or completed prior to the adoption of these regulations may be grandfathered in provided they meet the performance standard outlined below.

(b) All insect-resistant structures shall be enclosed with a covering to exclude target vectors and shall have entryways that prevent the entrance of target vectors.
