Section 3285 - Gypsy Moth Exterior Quarantine (Quarantine Proclamation 40). [Repealed]

1. New section filed 9-12-84 as an emergency; effective upon filing (Register 84, No. 40). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL within 120 days or emergency language will be repealed on 1-10-85.
2. Repealed by operation of Government Code Section 11346.1(g) (Register 85, No. 3).
