Section 3000 - Disclaimer of Warranties and Financial Responsibility. [Repealed]

Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 3, § 3000

1. New Article 1 (Sections 3000 through 3003) filed 7-9-62; effective thirtieth day thereafter (Register 62, No. 14).
2. Amended Article 1 filed 6-18-71; effective thirtieth day thereafter (Register 71, No. 25).
3. Amendment filed 12-13-73; effective thirtieth day thereafter (Register 73, No. 50).
4. Renumbering and amendment of former Section 3000 to Section 3001 and new Section 3000 filed 12-30-83; effective thirtieth day thereafter (Register 84, No. 1).
5. Repealer of article 1 (sections 3000-3004) and section filed 5-17-2010 as an emergency; operative 5-17-2010 (Register 2010, No. 21). A Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 11-15-2010 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
6. Certificate of Compliance as to 5-17-2010 order transmitted to OAL 11-1-2010 and filed 11-15-2010 (Register 2010, No. 47).
