Section 1712 - Transfer of State Funds(a) State funds may be transferred to the cooperator as a reimbursement (1) after the cooperator has completed the total approved marketing plan and project agreement, or(2) after an identifiable part of the approved marketing plan and project agreement has been completed.(b) State funds not to exceed fifty percent of the approved expenditure shall be paid to the cooperator upon submission of properly documented, authorized expenses which have been incurred and which have been approved by the Director.Cal.
