Section 1180.19 - Premises

The premises of a dead animal hauler shall be maintained in such a manner that it does not create a public or animal health hazard or nuisance. The Department may at any time require the licensee to obtain a certificate or letter from the local health officer that confirms the premises are being maintained in compliance with local health ordinances.
