Section 1180.3.5 - Officers(a) The permanent officers of the board shall consist of a Chairperson and a Vice Chairperson. The Chairperson and the Vice Chairperson shall be elected by the board. The board may create additional officers with such titles and duties as it may assign.(b) The Chairperson shall preside over meetings of the board and shall serve as the principal spokesperson for the board.(c) The Vice Chairperson shall serve as Chairperson in the absence of the Chairperson.(d) Board officers shall be elected on an annual basis.
