Section 1327.2 - Formal Hearing Procedures(a) A respondent may request a formal hearing to contest a notice of adverse determination pursuant to sections 1320.9, 1321.9, 1322.9, 1326.7, 1326.15, 1326.17, 1326.20, and 1326.21 of this Chapter.(b) The request for a formal hearing shall be made by written correspondence to the California Department of Food and Agriculture, Legal Office of Hearings and Appeals, 1220 N Street, Suite 315, Sacramento, California 95814.(c) Formal hearings shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.(d) The notice of adverse determination shall remain in effect pending the outcome of a formal hearing.Cal.
