Section 328 - Termination(a) The Department may terminate a grant agreement for noncompliance with grant program requirements or grant agreement terms and conditions.(b) Upon termination of a grant agreement, the Recipient will be notified in writing of the following: (1) The reasons for termination.(2) The date the termination is effective.(3) That this action may be taken into consideration during evaluation of any grant proposal submitted by the Recipient in the future.(4) That this action may be considered a basis for imposing additional conditions on a grant awarded in the future.(5) The method for appealing the termination.Cal.
