Section 313 - Performance Compliance(a) Grant awards are subject to a performance compliance review in the form of a site visit.(b) Communication technology, such as teleconference, Skype, Go-ToMeeting, or similar technology, or other alternative methods determined by the grant program, may be used to conduct a performance compliance review.(c) Completion of grant award activities or closeout of the grant award does not preclude the Department or designee from conducting a performance compliance review of the grant award.Cal.
