Section 305.1 - Administrative Review(a) Applications will undergo an administrative review to determine whether eligibility and application requirements, as set forth in the request for proposals, are met. (1) Applications determined ineligible or not meeting application requirements will be disqualified.(2) Applications determined eligible and meeting application requirements will undergo a technical review to evaluate the merits of the proposal.(b) The administrative review may include a risk assessment, as defined in section 303.Cal. Code Regs. Tit. 3, § 305.1
