Section 22215 - CIWMB-Scope and Applicability. (T14:Section 18230)(a) This article requires operators of disposal facilities to demonstrate adequate financial ability to compensate third parties for bodily injury and property damage caused by facility operation prior to closure.(b) Operators of all disposal facilities, except state and federal operators, shall comply with the requirements of this Article upon application for issuance, amendment, modification, revision or review of a SWFP, commencing July 1, 1992.Cal.
