Section 6006 - Regulations(a) Each public entity before undertaking or participating in activity which will result in the displacement of persons shall adopt rules and regulations that implement the requirements of the Act, are in accordance with the provisions of the Guidelines, and prescribe additional procedures and requirements that are appropriate to the particular activities of the public entity and not inconsistent with the Act or Guidelines.(b) Rules and regulations issued under this section shall be promptly revised as necessary, to conform to any amendment of the Act or Guidelines.Cal.
