Section 4530 - Room Dimensions and Construction(a) There shall be a clear, unobstructed height over the aisle-way portion of the unit of at least 74 inches (188 cm) from floor to ceiling, and a minimum of 30 inches (76 cm) of unobstructed horizontal aisle space.(b) Special purpose commercial modulars designed for public accommodation shall comply with the accessibility provisions of the California Code of Regulations, Title 24, Part 2, California Building Code (CBC), Chapter 11B.Cal.
