Section 2470 - Awning - Dimensions(a) A freestanding awning is not limited as to width or length, except that the total occupied area of a lot, including all accessory building or structures, shall not exceed seventy-five (75) percent of the lot area in accordance with section 2110 of this chapter.(b) The minimum clear height of any awning shall not be less than seventy-four (74) inches.Cal.
