Section 654 - Construction Permit Fees(a) Every person obtaining a construction permit shall pay the fees prescribed for such permits by local ordinance where the local ordinance is applicable.(b) Where a local ordinance does not apply, construction permit fees shall be determined in accordance with the schedule of fees in Title 25, California Administrative Code, Chapter 1, Subchapter 1, State Housing Law Regulations, and paid to the department.(c) Construction permit fees for the installation of facilities to accommodate mobile homes shall be determined in accordance with the schedule of fees in Title 25, California Administrative Code, Chapter 2, Subchapters 1 and 2 and paid to the appropriate enforcement agency.Cal.
