Section 3957 - Amendment to Designated Beneficial UsesOn July 14, 2005, the Lahontan Regional Water Quality Control Board adopted Resolution No. R6T-2005-0021, amending the Water Quality Control Plan for the Lahontan Region (Basin Plan). The amendment revised Table 2-1 in Chapter 2 (Beneficial Uses) of the Basin Plan by deleting the Municipal and Domestic Supply (MUN) beneficial use designation for Owens Lake (Hydrologic Unit No. 603.30).
