Section 3939.8 - Amendment to the Water Quality Control Plan for the los Angeles Region to Revise the Water Quality Objective for Chloride in the Lower Santa Clara RiverThis amendment to the Los Angeles Water Quality Control Plan (Basin Plan) raises the water quality objective for chloride in the Lower Santa Clara River between A Street, Fillmore, and Freeman Diversion Dam near Saticoy from 80 mg/L to 100 mg/L. This change appears in the Basin Plan in Table 3-8, Water Quality Objectives for Selected Constitutents in Inland Surface Waters under "chloride" in Section 3 of the Basin Plan.
